José M. García
President, Chief Executive Officer & Director
As a co-founder of Silver X Mining Corp, Mr. Garcia brings over 20 years of experience in mining engineering to his role. He has held positions with various companies including Anglo American, Inmet & BHPB, and has operations and production experience in Peru, Chile, Spain, Australia & Switzerland. Mr. Garcia is highly skilled in the areas of mineral economics, project management, people’s management and sustainable development. Mr. Garcia holds a M.Sc from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a M.Phil from The University of Queensland and is a World Economic Forum Leadership Fellow.
Alvaro Domingo
Vice President, Corporate Development and Commercial
Alvaro Domingo brings more than four years of experience with Silver X, having previously served as General Manager of Administration and Finance at the Company’s Peruvian operating subsidiary, Recuperada S.A.C. In that role, he played a central part in strengthening Silver X’s administrative, financial, operational, and commercial platforms. Mr. Domingo has demonstrated strong leadership and execution discipline throughout his tenure, with responsibilities that expanded beyond finance and administration to encompass operational coordination and commercial execution. His deep understanding of Silver X’s operations, combined with his financial and commercial expertise, positions him to support the Company’s corporate development initiatives and strategic growth objectives.
Ricardo Martínez
General Manager
Mr. Martínez has been engaged with Silver X for the past two years in leadership and advisory roles. A specialist in talent development and organizational strategy, he is recognized for building high-performance teams and embedding accountability and strategic execution across operations. As General Manager, he will focus on organizational alignment and the disciplined execution of Silver X’s business plan.
David Gleit
Chief Financial Officer
David joined Silver X in 2024 bringing more than 25 years of experience in finance at leading international companies in the mining, construction and asset management sectors. Prior to joining Silver X, David served as a consultant advising companies on strategic planning, finance, and administration. He held CFO positions at Sierra Sun Group and STRACON, and was the Corporate Development Officer at Volcan Compañía Minera where he became the Company’s Investor Relations Officer, developing the firm´s first investor relations department.
David holds an MBA in Finance from Drexel University, a BA from the University of Vermont, and certifications in NI 43-101 Technical Reports for Mining Projects and IFRS Accounting for Mining. He is a founding member of CFA Society Peru and a member of the Institute of Mining Engineers of Peru.

Mark NJ Ashcroft, P.Eng.
Director
Mark Ashcroft is a professional mining engineer with approximately 40 years of experience spanning underground mine operations, project development, corporate finance, and strategic advisory work across North and South America and Australia. He began his career underground at Inco and has since held senior executive and board positions at numerous public mining companies, including serving as President and CEO of Stonegate Agricom, where he led the company through a successful C$51.75 million initial public offering. Mr. Ashcroft currently serves as President and CEO of Aurelius Minerals Inc., Principal of Sextant Mining Advisory Inc., and Business Development Advisor, Americas at Empress Royalty Corp. He also chairs the Advisory Board to the School of Engineering and Computer Science at Laurentian University.
